    We confirm product specification, packaging, shipping method and total cost in writing. Nothing is produced or shipped until you approve the quotation.
  3. Production
    Once confirmed, your order enters our factory in Shenzhen, where engineering, tooling, molding, painting, pad printing, assembly and quality control are carried out in-house.
  4. Quality control
    Every batch passes through our quality control team using standardized inspection procedures before packing.
  5. Shipping and tracking
    We arrange the shipping method agreed in your quotation and share tracking details once the goods leave our factory.

Methods
We ship by sea, air or international express depending on order size and urgency. The most suitable option for your order is confirmed during quotation.

Lead time
Production lead time depends on product type, order quantity and tooling requirements. A firm schedule is provided in your written quotation.

Cost
Shipping cost is calculated based on weight, volume, destination and chosen method. It is always included in your quotation — no hidden fees after dispatch.

Coverage
